At BudgetBites, we take your privacy and the security of your dietary and health preferences seriously. To deliver personalized, budget-friendly meal plans and grocery lists, we handle your data with the following commitments:

• Zero Selling or Ad Sharing: We do not sell your personal, dietary, or health information, and we never share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Trusted Service Processors: We only share necessary data with trusted service providers to deliver the core application experience:
  • Plan Generation: Your selected dietary preferences, allergies, and health goals are processed securely using Anthropic's Claude models to build your plans.
  • Payments: Your billing details are processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details).
  • Transactional Emails: Password resets and notifications are routed via Resend.
  • Infrastructure: All data is securely hosted and managed on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and error logs are processed via Sentry.
• Data Control: You can view, edit, or delete your health profile preferences at any time in your Account Settings.
